Founded in 2012 the client specializes in data and AI consulting and delivers complex data solutions for risk management, operations, marketing programs etc. The client was onboarding new employees and was growing at a very fast pace when they approached Acupro. Due to aggressive hiring, the teams multiplied exponentially and it became difficult for business leaders to set targets and measure team performance. The volume of data that the company managed continued to rise manifold and so to make informed decisions the company’s management needed an integrated MIS to assess business performance.
